LED lighting


LEDs are widely used for their energy efficiency and long lifespan, but they generate heat during operation which can result in the internal temperature of the LED rising to up to 85°C. Efficient thermal management is crucial to maintaining performance, reliability, and longevity. Poor heat management can lead to reduced brightness, color shifts and premature failure.

CCL Olympic 7200 and 7300 thermal conductive tapes, applied between the LED printed circuit board (LED PCB) and the heat sink, efficiently dissipate heat away from the LEDs and provide a strong & secure connection – eliminating the need for additional fasteners like screws or adhesives.
